This consultation will get you 1 hour with one of our expert fitness coaches. It will be hosted via video call (Facetime, zoom etc). Coaches will analyze your form and help you improve it so that you are training safe and smart. After each consultation you will receive a follow up email with all things covered during the consultation so that you may review the information again in the future.
