This consultation will get you 1 hour with one of our expert fitness coaches. It will be hosted via video call (Facetime, zoom etc). Coaches will help you figure out your fitness and health goals and then teach you how to achieve them. After each consultation you will receive a follow up email with all things covered during the consultation so that you may review the information again in the future.
