What if I am not a beginner? I kind of already know what I’m doing.

These workout programs will deliver results to any fitness level. It never hurts to go back to the basics and ensure your fitness foundation is strong to build upon into more advanced stages.

What equipment do I need?

A Basic gym membership should do the trick. If you have a barbell and some adjustable dumbbells at home, you will have most of what you need.

Why don’t I just get a personal trainer?

You should. But that can be quite expensive. For a one-time fee of just $300 you will get a lifetime of information and wellbeing. You can easily spend that in a few sessions with a personal trainer.

I have purchased workout programs in the past. What makes Mastering Movement different?

Not only do you get the program…you get the video and text information needed to understand it and get the most out of it.
