WHAT IS MASTERING MOVEMENT?
The Mastering Movement System was developed to help the average person feel comfortable and confident with strength training. We understand how hard it can be to start working out. You don’t know exactly what you’re doing in a gym. You don’t feel like you belong in a gym because you “don’t look the part” and everyone around you is already thin, fit and seems to knows exactly what they’re doing. We know this feeling. We’ve been there and it’s no good place to be. But that’s why we’re here!
Our System is designed to give you all the tools to get stronger and healthier the RIGHT way. We want to teach you the proper way to do exercises without getting hurt. We want to teach you how to eat healthy without overturning your entire lifestyle. We want you to succeed and feel confident. We want you to feel like you belong in a gym. And you will. Just follow the Mastering Movement system.

Hi, I’m Danny Adelsberger, creator of Mastering Movement. I have been an athlete my entire life and always loved to move and play. I am making it my mission to help others do the same. I have a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology (the study of human movement) and have been a personal trainer/group fitness instructor for roughly a decade.
Growing up I always wanted to train elite athletes to perform at their best, but then a few years ago, I had an epiphany. The average person and beginners need my help more. I can make a bigger impact on global health and wellness.
My goal with Mastering Movement is to teach the regular person how to strength train in a simple, straight forward manner.
